Sarah Kitchiner

My name is Sarah and I run the Three Valleys Osteopathic Clinic which is situated in Chipping Norton, West Oxfordshire. I am a small and friendly osteopathy practice and I pride myself on building strong, positive, and healing relationships with my clients.

Since graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005 I have taken a particular interest in Musculo-skeletal injuries, low back pain and neck pain. Since launching the Three Valleys Osteopathic Clinic I have been thrilled to see it grow in size and strength, and it has been wonderful to have helped so many patients back to health and happiness.

I am a registered member of the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy and I am also registered with a number of health insurance companies. So, whether you are looking for a one-off consultation about a minor sports injury or need on-going treatment for a chronic condition or back pain we are here to help. Passionate about your health I am passionate and my patients are at the forefront of everything that I do and my treatments will be centred on you and your needs. Osteopathy is a holistic experience and I will make sure that you feel as relaxed and as comfortable as possible at all of your treatment sessions. I understand how tiring and worrying it can be to feel constant pain and I know that physical pain can affect your mental wellbeing too.

Osteopathy was founded on the belief that to achieve the highest form of health all parts of the body should function together harmoniously. I will work with you and your body to help you move towards optimum health in a gentle and positive way that may prevent you having to undergo more intrusive surgical or medical treatments. I always keep up to date with the latest legislation, technology and techniques and I continue to attend many professional development courses to ensure that I can give my patients the best service possible. I am also a trained Pilates teacher which has enabled me to help my clients with some postural related issues.

A healing environment

At the Three Valleys Osteopathic Clinic you will find a warm and caring environment where we treat all of our patients holistically. I’ll always be happy to talk you through any fears that you may have about your treatment to put you at ease. I also like to find out about you as a person as too often any lifestyle changes you maybe experiencing can affect your physical body. I am friendly, flexible and approachable and together we will find the right diagnosis and treatment for you.
